Jenn Griffin is the Department Assistant of the Department of Middle Eastern Studies. She holds a B.A. in Political Science, History, Spanish, and Music Education from Benedictine University and an M.A. in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago. 

Her research interests explore how popular media, state surveillance, and political economy shape racialized urban education policy from the 1990s to the present.

She serves both faculty and students with any questions they may have about processes and large-scale departmental communications.
