نرحب هذا الأسبوع بحنان العلوي وهي باحثة دكتوراه في البرنامج الثنائي في الأدب المقارن والدراسات النسائية والجندرية والجنسانية في جامعة ولاية بنسلفانيا. يتمحور بحثها حول العلاقة ما بين سياسات الجسد وأنواع التهميش الهيكلي في الأدب العربي والفارسي في منطقة الخليج.
ستقدم حنان محاضرة بعنوان "ذاكرة الجسد في الأدب الخليجي"

Hanan Al-Alawi is a dual-title PhD candidate in Comparative Literature and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at the Pennsylvania State University. Her research focuses on body politics and forms of systemic marginalization in contemporary Arabic and Persian literature in the Gulf region.
Hanan will be giving a talk titled “The Memory of the Body in Gulf Literature”.
